Very disappointing experience & poor customer service.
1.0− We booked an apartment with two French balconies, but upon arrival discovered they were locked and unusable due to ongoing facade construction works. At the time of booking, the listing stated the construction would be finished by January 31, and none of the photos reflected the actual situation. Despite exchanging several messages with the property before arrival (regarding the deposit, city tax, and check-in), no one informed us about the construction or the blocked balconies. Instead of a bright apartment with balconies, we got a dark room facing construction works for nearly €1,000. We checked out immediately because the property did not match what was advertised, and requested a refund. Since then, both the property and Booking.com have been shifting responsibility to each other, and the issue is still unresolved. Only after this dispute started was the construction status finally updated on the listing. We did not stay overnight, so we cannot review the actual stay.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges:
- Check-in fees from Monday to Friday, from 20:00 to 00:00, are EUR 40, and after 00:00, they are EUR 60
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: until 20:00, the fee is EUR 30; after 20:00, it is EUR 60

DURING THIS PERIOD, ACCESS TO THE BALCONY WILL BE LIMITED. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE BUILDING’S FACADE AND ENTRANCE WILL BE UNDER RENOVATION, AND SCAFFOLDING WILL BE INSTALLED DURING THIS TIME.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
