7.0L'emplacement en plein cœur de Shinjuku et proche de la gare. Petite maison indépendante donc tranquille. Climatisation et confort de la literie. WC japonais, douche et baignoire.
− Des animaux dans la toiture qui étaient bruyant la nuit. Manquait une chaise dans la cuisine. La Salle d'eau et la cuisine sont la même pièce. Placards de la cuisine et cellier extérieur en désordre total.

10.0The home was very comfortable, offered a variety of amenities that helped us feel at home, and was in a good location where we were removed from the busy street but still incredibly close to transportation and entertainment.

− Steep stairs and couldn't get hot water in shower.

7.0The location is excellent. Incredibly close walk to a station one stop away from Shinjuku. The apartment is small but charming in a sweet little neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and konbini right around the corner, as well as a beautiful small shrine.
− Smelled a bit musty in places, but I’m sure that’s to be expected in a very humid environment. It was also a bit cramped with the bathroom facilities and kitchen together. But hey, it’s Tokyo! I would definitely still recommend it.

10.0die Lage ist einziartig, die Bahnhöfe Shin-Okubo und Okubo jeweils nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Gute Ausstattung, gut geschlafen.
