9.0Everything was perfect - apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. 5 minuts to metro station, nice neighborhood, I will recomend it to anyone for sure.

− there's a reason their booking has a "no-refund" policy. make sure you read the fine print before booking. - hidden fees requested only after arrival (why did you not include them in original price for transparency). - very complicated personal data collection long form for check-in process, which after calling booking.com support turned out later was not required. - host ignoring multiple messages which forced us to call booking.com support multiple times. hidden deep inside the terms and conditions is a long list of hidden fees, it's like applying for a bank loan. they charge extra "sunday key" only after arrival, and of course if you don't pay it they don't give you the keys to use the accomodation. You knew in advance our booking was on a Sunday, why did you not transparently include it in the original price ? my advice, spend half an hour reading the fine print of their entire page, otherwise you will get screwed on arrival. I would rather use hotels next time, will never book BS like this ever again. when I asked them to cancel because of the complexity of their check-in forms they refused to refund, so you basically are held hostage

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
