Przestronny i bardzo czysty apartament. Bardzo szybki internet i bezpłatne wifi. Winda w nowo odremontowanym budynku. Wspaniała lokalizacja obok najwęższej uliczki w Wenecji z dala od zatłoczonych turystycznych miejsc, a jednak blisko centrum. Przemiły i uczynny gospodarz.

The apartment was great on all levels including everything we needed along extras we did not expect such as milk in the refrigerator.

Laura was a wonderful host and the room is great. Modern shower, comfortable bed, plenty of kitchen space, and two GREAT working ACs. Laura went above and beyond to help me recover something I left in the room upon departure. In addition, if you are interested in going to Murano for any glassblowing activities, the location is ideal. It's in a tucked away quiet part of the city, but easy to get to all of the major attractions within a 15 minute walk. I would happily stay here again.

− There isn't much natural light, since the windows are effectively next to the neighboring building. However, that is to be expected in Venice! I would still happily stay here again.

− It felt like living underground because the window shutter was almost completely closed and couldn’t be adjusted since it was inaccessible.

Lovely Apartment, Fabulous Hosts

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely and colorful apartment, with high ceilings and chandeliers. Everything was spotless. The bed was so comfortable with soft sheets, and the bathroom is large with a great shower. There are plenty of windows but it's facing another apartment building so no view and I could hear some conversations from the neighbors during the day, but very quiet at night. Lots of amenities and beverages in the fridge and a basket of snacks. A/C worked well. The hosts were amazing. Fabio met me at the vaporetto stop and wheeled my heavy luggage back to the apartment, which was a convenient 5-minute flat walk with no bridges to navigate. Laura was so kind and super responsive and went above and beyond to resolve an issue. It was obvious they really want their guests to have an enjoyable experience, and it was very much appreciated. I loved the neighborhood. Peaceful and away from the crowds, yet not far to walk to the touristy parts. There is a market and a fruit and vegetable stand close by. The vaporetto stop is also convenient for going to Murano and Burano. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious, quiet ,renovated and beautiful. Laura and Fabio were super helpful greeting us upon our arrival to bring us back to our apartment. They walked us through the apartment and made us feel very welcome. We are very excited to start a trip in Venice at their apartment.

− Initially, we were a little hesitant how secluded the area was, but once we acclimated to the area, we were fine.
