8.0Super appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la Segrada Familia ..espace spacieux,super bien équipé et très bien placé à côté de stations de métro,commerces,et restaurants..
Absolutely cosy place to stay in Barcelona
10.0We could put down our luggage earlier which was extra nice of the host! The location of the place is top tier, with direct view to the Sagrada Familia from one of the bedrooms. The accomodation was clean and the host was communicative. It was definitely a very nice place to stay!

10.0Hosts were supernice, we had some probleme with the internet (it was a central problem in the whole street), they arrange everything on the weekend very quickly. You can see the towels of the Sagrada Familia from your bed-fantastic experience. 💫We had everything what we needed.

10.0Metro und Supermärkte waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartment war super gelegen und sehr ordentlich. Danke auch das man später einchecken konnte.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
