整體狀況相當不錯的優質民宿，位於非常安靜、單純的住宅區內，住宿環境很舒服。唯一的缺點是交通稍微有一點遠，但對於喜歡安靜環境、不介意稍微散散步的旅客來說，這裡依然是個很不錯的住宿選擇！

這裡位於安靜的住宅區內，周邊環境非常單純且清靜。民宿的整體狀況維持得相當不錯，乾淨整潔，住起來很舒服，能好好體驗當地的日常氛圍，非常適合喜歡安靜、想體驗在地生活的人！

− 交通位置稍微偏遠了一點點，距離最近的車站或鬧區有一小段路。如果是攜帶大件行李或是同行有長輩、小孩的話，在往返交通上需要多留一點體力和時間。但是我們是包車，推薦大家包車過來。

The property is fantastic. We stayed here with two families. There was plenty of space. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the property had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It’s a lovely neighbourhood that had great access to local shops and restaurants which suited us well after a day of exploring in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Access to public transport is also very good.

− We asked for a late checkout. The property charges by the hour for this. We really only needed somewhere to leave our luggage due to a late flight. In the end we used the lockers at the airport which was a more convenient and cost effective option.

Great alternative location, details need some work, decent price performance

The staff were outstanding, location was great in our opinion. House is relatively spacious for Tokyo standards, lots of closet space, the facilities/amenities were mostly complete for price.

− The details were seriously lacking in our opinion. Quality of the kitchen appliances, TV, washing machine etc. were all acceptable but left much to be desired. The beds were not very comfortable but the pillows were especially terrible 😄. 2 adjacent near identical units, so make sure you ask which one you’ll be getting because we thought we were getting a nice balcony but didn’t 🫠. No reflection on the host, but, the other unit had a super loud group of guests and we were routinely listening to them. Overall, the hosts are helpful and responsive which makes up for the problems w the unit.

The appartment was huge, distributed across 3 floors. we were just 2 adults and a child but it seemed like it could work for big groups too. The hosts were REALLY lovely people. We mixed up our flight time and forgot the checkout date and they gave us a paid extension for a few hours to pack our things and head to the airport in time. There are a few public transport stations within walking distance which was super helpful for us. We enjoyed exploring the Cafe's and shops in the surrounding peacefully quiet area that felt like far away from the busy tokyo.

− The kitchen didn't have any cooking ingredients which was a bit surprising to us. Just some basics like salt, oil etc. could be very helpful to guests.

非常好的住宿體驗，民宿裡的設備應有盡有，廚房設備充足很適合從超市買食材回來烹飪。
