− Alles in het appartement was kapot van hoofdsteunen van de bedden en de glazen deuren in de douche die hingen gewoon los gevaarlijk voor kinderen

− Les équipements ( pas assez de couverts et de verres pour le nombre possible de couchage ) Une douche qui était brûlante sur les deux , impossible de régler la température. Et surtout une caution remboursé 1 mois après le séjour, alors que cela devait être fait sous 14 jours max. Il a fallu bon nombre d échange et que je menace d ouvrir un litige via booking pour qu il me rembourse enfin
Perfect location, super central, clean and great for a family or group.
9.0Perfect location. Great customer service. So central snd easy, big and clean. Everything you need for s stay on Barcelona. I would highly recommend it for a family or group stay as it had multiple room eith great bathroom and kitchen facilities.
− Stairs are hard with luggage but that's the same everywhere. Also there are a few things broken like the bed heads, door handles. None of these affected our stay and I reported them so I think they'll get fixed.
Good to know
In case of requesting a Late Check-In after 8:00 p.m., a surcharge of 20 euros will also be charged, and after 00:00 a.m. there will be a supplement of 40 euros in cash, at the time of check-in.
The property will request a deposit for security in the establishment (if you bring animals, double the deposit will be charged for hygiene and safety reasons). It will be returned within 14 days after the end of the stay.
If the arrival time agreed with us is not met and we are forced to return, a travel supplement equivalent to the previously stipulated Late Check-in fee will be charged. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
