Très bon séjour facile d’accès, à côté du métro et l’hôte super sympa
8.0L’hôte aux petits soin, l’emplacement à côté du métro
− Très petit, notamment la salle de bain
It’s a good deal for the price!
9.0The front desk staff member was very helpful and helped take our luggage up the stairs, since there was no elevator (at least that we knew of). It’s a little tucked away, which is nice if you like being away from all of the action, yet moderately close to the main train station (~10 min walk). As is the case with most hotels in Tokyo, it was pretty small. It felt as though it used to be a real apartment.
Clean and cute hotel with very helpful staff
10.0This was a very clean, cute hotel on a quiet street in Shinjuku. The staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the subway station and easy to get around the neighborhood. It's near Tokyo's Koreatown so there's great Korean food nearby, as well as other international restaurants. There's also a 7-Eleven and Lawson very close to the hotel which was nice when I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night and wanted a snack. The room I stayed in was very clean and was a nice oasis from the Tokyo heat (90sF/30sC) while I was visiting. My room had a small kitchenette with a fridge and freezer and kettle. My room also had a washing machine. The dryer is on the first floor but I hung my clothes on my room's balcony. I could decide which days I wanted my room cleaned, which was nice. They provided clean towels every day even when I requested no cleaning.
− The room and bathroom size is typical for Asia (actually a bit larger for Asia) - think of a NYC hotel room size. The bathroom worked for me (5'6"/167cm) but if I were traveling with my partner, I don't think he'd be able to close the door while using the toilet and he'd have to crouch to use the shower (6ft/183cm).

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked the suite, and it was spacious, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our family of five. The room was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very convenient. We especially appreciated having a washing machine right next to our room, as well as a dryer available on the lower floor. These thoughtful amenities were incredibly helpful during our trip. What truly made this hotel stand out was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. One experience, in particular, left a lasting impression: we needed a taxi that could accommodate five passengers, but when the front desk was unable to arrange one, a staff member kindly drove us to our destination in the hotel's vehicle (for a reasonable charge). We were genuinely touched by the willingness to help and the exceptional level of hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to families and would happily stay here again.
− The only minor downside was the location. It is about a five-minute walk to the nearest train station, and reaching most of the main attractions usually requires at least one additional train transfer. This wasn't a major issue, as using public transportation is simply part of traveling in Japan, but there are probably hotels with more convenient access to the city's main areas. On the other hand, the hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, and having a 7-Eleven just a short walk away was very convenient.
Very helpful staff and we were looked after very well. Location is great too.
