9.0Apartamentul este aproape de Vatican, aproape de orice mijloc de transport, zilnic se face curățenie în apartament, se schimbă prosoapele. Recomand!
− Singurul lucru neplăcut a fost ca nu funcționa liftul și apartamentul e la etajul 5, dar am fost înștiințați de gazda.

10.0I could not have asked for a more perfect location than the Lisa Suite. It's surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, mini markets, shops, public laundries. The Ottaviano Metro station is steps away, making it easy when I had to take the Metro and connect to Termini station. Also, I was not expecting to have my room cleaned every day during my seven nights of stay, but they did it. They even let me check in early because my flight arrived early in the morning. Though the elevator was out of service for major maintenance, Daniele and Coralie were very helpful and helped me with the luggage. It's a lot of steps to go up to the fifth floor, but I only did it once a day because I was out most of the day. I suppose queuing to get to St. Peter Basilica and Holy Doors are even tiring and longer than taking the staircases to the fifth floor. During my check out, Daniele helped me carried down the luggage and he was there before 6:30 am (I had a morning flight) and he also booked the taxi for me. I'm impressed and grateful knowing Daniele had to go for his triathlon training. I wish him good luck for his upcoming triathlon!

9.0Very clean and comfortable. Hosts/staff were exceptional. It is two blocks from Vatican and the metro stop is across the road. Super quiet and really good restaurants in the area… cannot fault it 😊
− A little on the small side but there were four of us! The lift wasn’t working and in august five flights of stairs was not fun, however I cannot complain as we had advanced warning that this was the case
