Great apartment very close to the Sagrada Familia
9.0This apartment is very close to the Sagrada Familia, several transportation options and many stores and restaurants. The place was spacious and clean, and several rooms have been updated. Management was responsive when we called with issues getting into the building.
− We had intermittent issues with the app to open the building. I was able to call the management and they got a technician out to look at the system. That's when we found out about the physical keys we could use instead to get into the building, which we used the remainder of the stay. The living room and primary bedroom windows didn't do a good job of keeping out the street noise.

A lovely apartment and we would stay there again as long as the key pick up was changed.
8.0− The key app for getting in and out of the apartment needs to be improved and there needs to be a backup available to renters. We wasted an afternoon trying to get into the apartment because the diagram on the app was incorrect and the agent we spoke to didn't advise us properly on how to open the door. When there was the power outage we could not get into the apartment.

− The street noise makes it difficult to sleep. Being next door to a hostel meant people at all hours on the street smoking pot and partying. One of the showers doesn’t have a proper door, it soaks the floor when you shower The apartment was advertised as having parking, however it does not We waited over an hour on the street to have someone come open the door because we did not receive instructions on how to enter via email
