− Manque d'accessoires culinaires, une bouilloire défectueuse, pas de café a notre arrivée pourtant demandé. Pas huile, un peu juste pour quelques jours...

It was a quick turnaround time in Venice with not much time spent in the room.
6.0− The video showing where the keys were, was not the same lockbox where they actually were. The bidet drain switch did not work. It was difficult communicating with the owners as they continually sent information to my husband without internet and after I asked them multiple times to send it to me (whose name was on the reservation).

6.0L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est proche du centre et très bien desservi par les transports en commun.
− Nous avons été surpris de voir une porte qui communiquait avec un autre appartement à côté. L'intimité laisse à désirer et nous ne sommes pas vraiment chez nous. L'appartement n'était pas très propre (vaisselle sale, poussière..) Il n'y a aucune fenêtre donc très peu de lumière.
