9.0I had a small issue during check in, but the team handled it immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. They offered me a complimentary breakfast voucher and late checkout, remained helpful and easy to contact throughout, and even sent a member of staff to personally apologize. Their response genuinely improved the overall experience. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent shower. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional location—very close to the city centre, yet tucked away on a quiet inner street with no noise from outside. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service.
