10.0This apartment was perfect for our stay in Tokyo. We were a family of four (two adults and two teenagers) and stayed for five nights. The location was excellent, with train stations, convenience stores, and a supermarket all within easy walking distance. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby offering quick, delicious, and affordable meals. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen, fridge and washing machine with dryer. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as complimentary umbrellas, which came in very handy as we were visiting during the rainy season. The neighbourhood was wonderful to explore on foot, giving us a glimpse into local daily life and allowing us to experience a more authentic side of Tokyo. It was a safe and pleasant area to walk around. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. We would happily stay here again.

10.0The location is good there were combinis, Life supermarket, nice bakeries and restaurants all within walking distance. The train station is 6 mins away and links to major lines to get around Tokyo easily. It is in a quiet suburb and was nice to see everyday activities like children going to school in the mornings. Check in was easy and seamless and we had no issues with the facilities at all. The room itself was comfortable and there was enough room for our family of 4.
− The luggage storage advertised on the website could include more information as it was just a small area outside the lift lobby and secured using simple padlocks, and not in a dedicated area. We didn't feel safe leaving our 5 luggages there for half a day so ended up going to the airport early and using the lockers there instead.
Very happy and we would not hesitate to recommend to others visiting Tokyo!
9.0We were very happy with this apartment for the three adults in our party. Great location, easy access to the train station with two major subway lines, great supermarket close by as well as a seven eleven with everything you need. The location is quite central in Tokyo however a much quieter area than many of the tourist locations like Asakusa, Shibuya or Shinjuku!
− The only thing for me was not having a tea towel and that was not a major deal!
