10.0− Lo único que podría decir es que no soy fumadora , y al entrar a la habitación era horrible el olor a humo de tabaco . Es una pena que se permita fumar en la habitación ya que todo lo demás es tal como se ve en las fotos y muy moderno todo .

− The service, the building had other apartments and this booking agent was no available to receive me she canceled my booking when I told her I needed to adjust my dates, I was standing outside of the bundling and had to book another hotel, don’t book with them

8.0The location is a literal block away from Vatican City and very close to the subway. Getting around Rome was extremely easy from this location. Especially, if it's your first time in Rome and you're looking to see many of the common attractions.
− One of the days we were there, the hot water went out and we had to contact property management. The issue was eventually resolved the following morning and it was likely due to the extreme heat and people depleting hot water for showers. However, it was a bit inconvenient and made for some awkward conversations with the rest of the travel group.
