9.0it's a nice comfortable stay! Good for family. We have the ground floor unit so it's convenient, but the stairs for the upper floor could be quite narrow to navigate with luggage. It's centrally located, a very short walk to the local bus system but expect 10-15mins for major stations. Very close to convenience stores. The staff is responsive and polite.
− The alarm went off without clear reason on one of the days, even though the issue was resolved with the staff, but it would have been good to provide clear instructions in the room so we know how to manage (instead of the need to reach out to the staff, which takes time to communicate)

− Un peu petit pour 3. Manque de rangement. Dommage que ce soit au 4ème étage avec les valises pas pratique de les monter dans un petit couloir
