1.0Sadece metroya yakınlığı iyi idi.
− Ev berbat denecek kadar pis durumda idi. Heryerde saç kılı vardı. Abartısız söylüyorum. Kıl toplama rulosunu halıya sürttüğümde yüzlerce kıl yapışmıştı üzerine. Bunu geçtim yastıklar yorgan pisti. Özellikle yastıklar kesinlikle temiz değildi. Resmen insan teri ve yapı kokuyordu. Ev sahiplerine durumu ilettik ertesi gün temizlik yapıldı ama yastık ve yorganlar hala aynı şekilde idi.

9.0Convenient location. Close to both JR and Metro subway stations. Easy access. Close to Family Mart and supermarket. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment is comfortable and clean. Check in instructions are easy and clear.
− The futon is a bit too thin on the hard floor.
很適合雙人住宿，最多三人，四人很壅擠，行李開啟很不方便。除了清潔不佳外，整體算是不錯的住宿環境。
6.0住宿地點不錯，離大塚站很近，附近很多餐廳可選擇。超市到深夜11點，對旅行後返回購物很方便。還有富有特色的荒川線復古平面電車。從大塚站出發在東京旅遊也很方便。附近有24小時洗衣店，對長時間入住者，洗完衣服拿去乾衣很方便。安靜不吵鬧。
− 1.入住時房間清潔度不佳，房間內的吸塵器吸力不足，常常斷電無法使用，只剩拖把可以用，非常不方便。 2.電力不足：同時開吹風機、微波爐、跟浴室乾燥，就發生跳電情形，雖然幾秒內就恢復電力，還是受到小小驚嚇。 3.毛巾味道很臭，也不夠乾淨。 4.四個人入住，只有三個杯子。 5.瓦斯爐沒電池沒電，無法使用。
消防可能有疑慮，環境蠻髒的尤其被套和枕頭套沒有更換
3.0沒有入住說明 一開始再找鑰匙就廢了好多時間是在玩密室逃脫嗎？也沒有客服即時回饋，每次等回訊息都要好久，位置不算太差，但要拉一段上坡，床旁邊的窗戶外就是一顆超大的電線桿，電磁波影響應該很大
− 很髒，地板是髒的，拖鞋是皮質的根本沒辦法洗我不認為他們有清潔，再來枕頭套和被套我懷疑都沒有換 因為味道很臭，我的朋友住隔壁跟我一樣感覺，地板應該沒有拖過，黏黏的，浴室玻璃全都是水垢，明明看起來應該是新整理過的但是應該沒有好好清潔，有洗衣機但我反應洗衣精罐子裡面已經用完了但是沒有補充，客服沒有要來補就算了，還問我你確定你要洗衣精？ 所以是要我們自備是嗎？那就說清楚 我拿到的房間空間很奇怪 沒有辦法放兩張床墊 根本無法住四人還說四人房 我們把桌子推開只能勉強放一張床墊 行進的空間因此變很小 ，熱水器放在室內我認為很有消防安全疑慮，很可能一氧化碳中毒，我認為這是非常危險的配置

− 枕頭被子需要曬一曬。有味道嚴重到需要包上自己的衣服才使用。 廁所水垢清潔需要加強。
