Lage super, da Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, in der Wohnstraße viele Lokale, Bäckerei für gutes Frühstück, in der Nähe Infrastrukturanschluss. Wohnung war sehr sauber mit persönlichen Touch bei der Einrichtung. Zum Teil sehr hochwertige Getäte zB Tyssenfön, Villeroy & Boch Geschirr.

− Gartenblick war nicht gegeben, kein Lift, eigenartiger Geruch im Badezimmer. Beleuchtung teilweise schlecht. Fotos auf Homepage und Bookingcom verzerren tw die reale Größe

L'appartamento è curato nei dettagli, è molto ampio e la parte mansardata è stata ideale per i nostri figli, che si sono divertiti un mondo. Posizione eccellente per tutto, supermercati e passeggiata. Il quartiere è tranquillo e ben curato. Ilenia, ci ha accolto con il sorriso e la gentilezza di una mamma attenta, ed è sempre stata disponibile con noi. Consigliato per famiglie numerose e vacanze con gli amici. OTTIMO

Overall, it was very nice. The two houses were opposite each other, and there were plenty of beds. Both had lofts with two or three beds each, perfect for sleeping a lot of kids, who loved it! The owner also provided milk, water, and some cookies, which was very thoughtful.

− If there is anything that needs improvement, it would be that there is a bathroom that leaks easily and the door doesn't close, causing water to flow out of the room.

The place is spectacular. I rented both apartments (2 bedroom apartment, and 3 bedroom apartment) for 4 nights as a group of 6 kids and 4 adults, and would absolutely come back over and over again. The location is PHENOMENAL. Short 10-12 minute walk to San Marco, easy access to all water bus (vaporetto) so you never have to use a water taxi for anything. You’re on the largest pedestrian street in Venice. You’re literally 3 steps away from the grocery store, across from a beautiful church, dozens of restaurants, gelato shops, stores. There is a produce boat that docks 20 steps from the apartment with the most incredible fruit and veggies. If you travel with kids it is a safe neighborhood to let them play outside, and they will LOVE the mezzanines in both apartments. Both apartments are beautifully and artfully renovated, with luxury finishes - from design to wall art, to the most generous welcome basket with snacks and full size prosecco bottles, to a fully stocked kitchen with spices and all utensils you need to cook a hearty meal, to designer Villeroy & Boch dinnerware and handblown murano glass cups, to a dyson hair dryer and EVERY toiletry and amenity you can think of. Did I mention the design of this place? If you love art your heart will burst with joy every time you get back to this place to rest for the day. The hosts were extremely helpful in giving us directions and mapping out easy to travel routes and insider must see spots.

− 4 nights was not enough. I’d stay 2 weeks next time!

This place was amazing. Highly recommend. Plenty of room for 7+.
