The towels were smelly & pillows were very skinny and small, the blankets were small for two people.

− Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. There were noticeable stains on the sheets, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the noise from outside was quite disruptive throughout the night, impacting my ability to rest comfortably. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that there was an additional charge of 30 EUR for a late check-in, despite this not being mentioned in the booking description. This unexpected fee was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. Lastly, when I attempted to contact the property responsible regarding the stained sheets, I did not receive a response, which was quite frustrating. I understand that running a property can present various challenges, and I believe that open communication and addressing concerns promptly can greatly enhance the guest experience. I wanted to share my feedback with you in the hopes that it will be helpful in improving the overall quality of service at Avenida Gaudi Barcelona.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
