Excellent gem in Cannareggio. Would stay there again.
10.0The location was excellent - close to vaporetto stops, restaurants and shops. The facilities were very good with a small kitchenette and separate room with couch, dining table and aircon throughout. Very clean and the decor was very attractive.
− Just one little comment - with it being called a "loft" we expected it to be on a higher level - not the ground floor.
Good value for the location, but with the exception of the bathroom, apartment was not up to par.
5.0Good location: Proximity to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Bathroom was clean and looked upgraded. Lighting in bathroom was good. Lots of outlets
− A/C leak was an issue. Owner was responsive but it could not be repaired during our stay. Electric water kettle was pretty bad - could not use. Small sitting area couch looked old and dirty - did not use. Old apartment needs an upgrade/refresh.

10.0Muy bien la ubicación cerca de todo y con una parada de traghetos a 100 MTS del apartamento. Rialta , san marcos , todo a menos de 15 minutos a pie. Roberta siempre comunicativa y dispuesta a ayudar. Justo al lado hay un bar que se llama combo, es un hostel que está muy bien y tiene una cafetería excelente con precios normales.
