El departamento estuvo bien ubicado y limpio. Contaba con aire acondicionado.

− Hay que pagarles 30 euros adicionales por la entrega de llaves en el departamento, cuando eso debería ser lo habitual si uno alquila un inmueble. En caso decidas no pagar deberás recogerlo sabe dios donde. A pesar que decidimos pagar esos 30 euros tuvimos problemas de retraso para la entrega de llave. Otro punto negativo es que la lavadora no tiene manija para abrir y cerrar la puerta y eso ocasionó que lavadora ropa lavada se quede un día entero sin poderla retirar

− Ein Schlafraum klein und dunkel. 25 Euro extra bezahlt für Schlüsselübergabe beim Apartment, I have never experienced this practise before.

Do not book, avoid at all costs!

The only good thing was that we had a place to stay in Barcelona.

− Do not book! This apartment was in horrible condition, starting with a moldy bathroom (black mold on tiles, grout, and more concerning the shower head and hose). We had to buy a bathroom model remover and spent 2 hours cleaning the shower so we could use it... After that the shower was usable and the shower hose and head looked even normal... Which shows that they didn't clean this place. The washer handle was broken, making it impossible to almost use it, the dishwasher stank and after loading it it became apparent that it stank because it didn't work (so had to clean dishes by hand). They only provided 1 roll of toilet paper for a 5 night booking with 3 people. And the whole apartment smelled and was full of fruit flies. The blankets for the bed were stained, and the bed lights were shattered.

The accommodation was easily accessible. It was comfortable and clean. Everything in the accommodation was well-maintained. All the major attractions were easily accessible.
