Couldn't recommend Alexandros's apartment more! He allowed us early check-in very last minute, and also a late check-out because our flight was so late - which helped us out hugely! The apartment had every single thing that we could need and more. We weren't expecting such a nice place/owner for the price. The location is great too we were not far from the main attractions. When we come back to Athens, which we will, we would love to stay here again.

− The only issue we had was with the TV in the bedroom, it kept flickering on and off when we tried to use it. Im sure it's an easy fix but we just cosied up in the living room to watch TV instead - not a big deal!

Nice apartment, fully equipped, the owner is attentive

− A few days after I booked and payed fully the apt the owner texted me that was mistake in tax calculation and I needed to pay additional 50EUR. I said "why would you unilaterally change the price? Please cancel it then with full refund - and I will decide if I want to book with a new price". The owner said strict no. So booking/ the owner made a mistake for tax calculation and I had to pay for it and I had no choice. It was either I pay taxes or he does not let me check in. I told him then that this behaviour of his was not fine and it will be reflected in my review. a week after I checked in - someone in the apartment next door started screaming, moaning and crying and etc 24/7. That was nuts. The owner was not surprised when I texted him. Moreover, I sent him audio recordings from the living room. The owner tried to fix it - but failed. He proactively tried to gaslight me and make it look like I was making things up about the noises. He said that nobody complained before. Probably, but I was working remotely from the apartment ana spent more time in the apt than usual tourists would do. I had people visit me and be literally scared because of the noises. I did not feel safe, even though the owner insisted that presumed source of noises was not dangerous. The owner suggested calling police - but why would I waist so much time and energy on something that was not my fault in the first place. Over all, I was shocked when I finally called booking with a request to facilitate an early checkout because of the crazy noises and the support told me that I cannot get any refund because the booking was not refundable. I was really stunned. But it makes sense from the booking standpoint - it was my word against the owner, and he made it look like I was making things up. The owner in the end reluctantly (!!!) agreed to return 50% of the price paid for the remaining night- if choose to checkout which I did because hearing those noises was unbearable.

everything was perfect. good location, not far from the metro. the apartment is clean and comfortable. very quiet area. Alexander helped with with all our questions and requests and transfer.
