− 清掃代などが後から（決済前だが）追加されて他より高くなった。この金額なら他を選べば良かった。 スリッパが欲しかった。
The places cancelled our reservation 4 hours before check in because they double booked!

− 予約が確定してからなんだかんだ言って別のホテルに泊まらされた。謝罪もそこそこにしかされない。 代替施設は最初の予約よりも駅から遠く不便。チェックインがわかりづらい。電話で問い合わせようとしても自動音声しかない。
It was good just not the most clean and a strange layout
6.0It was quiet and had what we needed
− The carpet had quite a lot of noticeable stains and my friends pillow case had makeup stains on it. Also a very small area so very hard to get into the beds and open the bathroom door.
