8.0L'emplacement de l'appartement : proche de tout et en même temps à l'écart de l'agitation. Petits commerces, grande place avec un super restaurant Osteria da Nico. Appartement : spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Lave linge et lave vaisselle sont tres appréciables. Climatisation. Charme ancien typique vénitien. Hôte très aimable. Tarif très correct. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

− La propietat Ens van fer anar a recollir les claus, un cop estàvem allà, a 35 minuts caminant amb maletes i a ple sol!!! I la sortida a les 10h, no ens va deixar que ens guardessin les maletes 1 hora!!

Apartment in einer ehemaligen Wohnung - gut gelegen
7.0Die Unterkunft ist, wie in vielen Fällen in Venedig, eine Wohnung in einem 3-stöckigen Mehrparteienhaus im obersten Stockwerk. Der Schlüssel wurde in der Nähe der Bus- und Zughaltestelle (Piazzale Roma) bei einem Kiosk hinterlegt. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts hatten wir nur via WhatsApp Kontakt zu einer Verantwortlichen - Silvia - sie hat allerdings auf Fragen sofort reagiert. Wir haben per Mail auch eine ausführliche Beschreibung erhalten, das Wohnhaus war leicht zu finden. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und hat Ausblick auf das Hospitale und über Dächer. In der Nähe gab es einige nette Bars und Restaurants. Zum Markusplatz geht man 20 Minuten. Die Vaporettostation Fondamento Nove ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch wenn es ein paar Mängel gab, wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. Wir waren zu dritt, es können aber sicher 5 Personen hier nächtigen.
− Es ist wie beschrieben eine ehemalige Wohnung, die praktisch nicht für die Vermietung renoviert wurde und dieses "Abgewohnte" ist überall sichtbar. Die Dusche bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Die Küche war nicht vollständig ausgestattet.
