Clean enough, big room, but unexpected expenses for air conditioning.
6.0It was clean enough. Good location. Big room.
− The unexpected expenses turned out to be \$10 per day for using the air conditioner. It was impossible to stay in the apartment without it. Also, we didn't understand from the advertisement that we would have to share the toilet and bathroom with other tenants. On the last day, we had a huge, 5-centimeter flying cockroach in our room, which really scared the children. And the children were bitten by some insects on the couch, possibly bed bugs. There was no such problem on the bed in the same room.

Clean but noisy.
7.0Room was a good size. Near lots of shops restaurants and bus routes. Clean apartment.
− The listing says they have air conditioning but don’t mention it’s €10 per day. They also have a washing machine which is €10 per use and a dryer which is €5 per use. All the doors are coming off the hinges so there was a lot of noise at all hours of the morning / night.

9.0Very clean. They were kind enough to let us inn around 12, so we did not have to wait long for check inn
− despite high price there was no mocca , french press or capsule machine to make coffe. it was also impossible to watch netflix or other programmes due to hard registration but we did not really needed that

− Soundproofing issue is common for Spain in general, so it's not really up to hosts.
