We enjoyed our stay at ManOku - it was comfortable, clean and spacious.

It was a good property for our large family group of 11. We were all comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

− It was a little far out of Tokyo, and a good walk from the closest train station. Apart from that it was a lovely property and made our stay very comfortable.

− Ascenseur intérieur en panne ce qui obligeait à emprunter l'escalier de secours en plein hiver pour monter les valises et accéder aux différents niveaux pendant la totalité du séjour avec risque de chutes 2 lits cassés , des chaises cassées , des vis qui sortaient de la banquette du salon , très peu de vaisselle , pas de possibilité de cuisiner pour un groupe

Lovely three storey house with lots of rooms and beds to stay in, so plenty of options for visitors!

Large place with easy access to a mainline train station just down the road, it wasn't difficult to get to or from thankfully and the house itself was clean and had good amenities. Some things broke when we were there and the hosts immediately sent people to fix them for us as they were important.

− Unfortunately the elevator was out of service when we arrived and was unable to be fixed during our whole stay, making moving of luggage to and from rooms very difficult as the only access otherwise was through an external stairwell that was very slippery when icy and not designed to take luggage up and down.

− This stay was disappointing and raised serious safety concerns. Although the room itself was spacious and well equipped, the host did not inform us of the indoor elevator failure until the morning of check-in. While assistance was briefly provided to help move luggage upon arrival, throughout the remainder of the stay all access required using an emergency spiral staircase. This staircase was extremely narrow and clearly not designed for regular daily use by guests. The situation became particularly concerning on rainy days, when we were forced to carry luggage while holding umbrellas and moving between floors outdoors in wet conditions. This created a significant safety hazard. A slip or fall on the emergency staircase could have led to severe injury, with potentially serious consequences. We strongly urge the host to refrain from accepting guests until the elevator has been fully repaired. Continuing to operate the property under these conditions places guests at unnecessary risk and falls short of basic accommodation safety standards.
