10.0We had an amazing stay at Social Hub Rome. The staff at the rooftop bar was so amazing, especially the one bartender was so nice and knowledgeable. He absolutely made our stay memorable and would be the reason we came back to your establishment as he made us feel like we were home. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and the morning breakfast and other facilities were great.

10.0The check-in at the hotel is automated, so there isn’t much staff at the reception. However, whenever you interact with the employees, they are really friendly and welcoming. I found the rooms comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel grounds are beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The only small downside is the location: the hotel can be a bit far from main attractions, so it’s handy to get around by tram, bus, bike, or scooter. This can get a bit repetitive if you want to go out often. Overall, I had a great stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch they gave for our couple’s anniversary, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
