8.0One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it had a mini fridge. We like to be able to keep snacks ,milk etc in our room. The mini fridge didn’t work and we asked to have it repaired or replaced and it was never done. We ended up having to throw out some food.

8.0Ideally situated in a quiet area to get around the city but still close to some eateries, also near the canal where trips leave from and tram line. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the baked goods and coffee were lovely too. Great shower and very comfy bed. The WiFi key system was handy too. The only downside was our room didn’t have a window- not a biggie but think one of the rooms with a window would be better. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

2.0Good location, small room. No access to ice makers or water fountain. Reception closed super earlier. All the toilet papers were already open and used. Very dim room, no overhead lighting tried to use the tv for lighting but that didn’t work properly.. we paid $/50 for one room and it was a waste of money , despite vicinity being close.
