10.0The staff were so helpful and welcoming, our room was small but everything is thoughtful and we only needed to sleep there.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay, the room was too small for my liking.

10.0Es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Wirklich ein großes Zimmer, großes Bad. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Man hat es nicht weit zu verschiedenen Bahnhöfen. Man ist auch mitten im Geschehen des Viertels. Es war nie unangenehm nachts hier unterwegs zu sein. Das Zimmer hat einen Wasserkocher und einen großen Kühlschrank. Man bekommt alle 2 Tage frische Wäsche, auch Schlafanzüge und neue Wasserflaschen. Man kann sich jederzeit fehlendes besorgen. Zahnbürsten und Rasierer kostenlos an der Rezeption. Oder alles andere in einem der unzähligen Konbini in der Nähe. Unser Gepäck wurde auch vom Hotel in das nächste Hotel in Kyoto gebracht. 2 Koffer für 5500 yen
