A gem of a find in Central Rome.
10.0We had a fantastic quadruple / family room - very spacious and extremely clean. Lovely old building - clean and well-maintained. Lovely features ... tiled and terazzo floors. Great facilities - toiletries, tea/coffee, kettle and fridge. Fantastic location - so near to the Colosseum and Forum. 30 mins maximum walk to Ara Pacis, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Our room overlooked the Forum. The staff were so personable and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. This was such a reasonably priced stay for the location - had everything we needed for visiting sites. The hotel takes up one floor of a nice apartment block - felt very safe, well-maintained. Beds are extremely comfy. There are no food / bar services which is not a problem at all - there are plenty of restaurants downstairs which serve throughout the day, including breakfast. This hotel is an absolute gem. Heartily recommended.

10.0Great location and very lovely host. We arrived early expecting to just drop our bags and return a few hours later but Jade kindly upgraded our room so that we didn’t have to wait. This hotel is in a fantastic location just off the via dei Fori Imperiale so just a few minutes walk from the Coliseum and many other historic sites. In a great lively street but the rooms were very quiet. The hotel is on a higher floor of the building with a lift. This is a family run hotel and the care and attention given was fabulous. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
− The mattress in our room was a little saggy in the middle, otherwise a perfect stay
