Déconvenue sur déconvenue...
1.0− Mon séjour (1 nuitée) a malheureusement été une association de déconvenues. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur. Une chambre annoncée comme étant en rez-de-chaussée s'est finalement révélée située sur un palier intermédiaire, ce qui est pour le moins trompeur. En chambre, le numéro du téléphone pour joindre la réception, tenté à plusieurs reprises, s'est révélé inopérant m'obligeant à me déplacer pour signaler les problèmes suivants... À mon arrivée, la climatisation était inopérante. Après tentatives infructueuses de réglage, direction l'accueil : il a fallu une manipulation du réceptionniste sur le tableau de commande à la réception, suivie d'une intervention dans la chambre, avant qu'elle ne fonctionne. Dans la salle d'eau, le pommeau de douche défectueux n'a permis ni pression d'eau, ni réglage entre eau chaude et eau froide. Le problème, signalé immédiatement, ne pouvait être résolu que le lendemain... jour de mon départ ! J'ajouterai, plus anecdotiquement, la présence ridicule d'un fauteuil aussi imposant qu'inutile, inadapté à l'espace déjà restreint. Je tiens cependant à souligner l'amabilité du réceptionniste, qui ne saurait être tenu pour responsable de ces dysfonctionnements. Ni son collègue à mon départ SANS DOUCHE, lequel semblait ne rien connaître de ces problèmes ! Je constate que mon expérience contraste fortement avec la majorité des avis positifs. Je prétends ne pas un client particulièrement exigeant, simplement quelqu'un qui attend une qualité de prestation en rapport avec le tarif demandé. En l'espèce, ce n'était manifestement pas le cas. Je ne recommande donc pas cet établissement.
