No cold water - none
2.0Simply we had zero cold water in the bathroom, we stayed in the suite on top floor . Sink , shower even the toilet was running hot water only. Massive legionella risk. We asked for this to be fixed on day 1 of our stay with the reception. They failed to make any effort to fix it. Did not get offered another room or any compensation . Also the lift is very small and ready to breakdown at will. Location was great
