− Všechno bylo špatný…od check inu začíná hrozný pobyt 😫 Pokoj špinavý,voda studená po celý pobyt(5 dni),úklid jako takový žádný,jen vynášeli odpadkový koš a upravili postel,neměnili povlečení ,nevytírali podlahu ani stoly. Ani jedna fotka neodpovídá realitě,ani jedna!!!!žádná skříň ani komoda,špinavý záchod ,opotřebený nábytek ,v noci vypadl proud,hledali jsme štítek s pojistkami , v tom horku se bez klimatizace nedalo ani dýchat. Vyhněte se tomu ubytovávání!!!!!

1.0− Unfortunately after spending one night in this property, I developed multiple itchy bites on my foot and arm. Some of them later turned into fluid-filled blisters, and I had to seek medical attention while traveling because of the severity of the skin reaction. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of communication from the property. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and through Booking.com immediately after noticing the problem. I informed them about my symptoms, asked them to inspect the room, and even sent photographs of my skin lesions. I received no reply at all through either channel untill now. Regardless of the exact cause, ignoring a guest who reports a possible health and hygiene issue is unacceptable. A responsible property should at least acknowledge the message, express concern, investigate the room, and inform the guest about the outcome. Instead, I was left without any response. I hope the management takes future reports seriously and thoroughly inspects the room to ensure that other guests do not experience the same situation. I also hope they improve their communication with guests when concerns about cleanliness or possible insect infestations are raised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here !!!!!!!!!!!!
