10.0The manager (Thiwanka) was a fantastic person. He really helped us to find places to eat and buy boat tickets. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Really loved the Canal View.

6.0The Hotel was good Location was great. Few cups in the room were dirty and hot kettle was broken. Host was horrible because he made us outside the door for half an hour every time when we were supposed be to collect the keys from Him and collect the luggage . He was not available for help
