− Emplacement isolé. Plutôt loin des transports en commun. Hotel vétuste. Équipements et fonctionnalités d’un autre temps. Accueil rigide et impersonnel. Dénué d’expérience client.

− お風呂のシャワーが、お湯の蛇口と水の蛇口を調整してやっと適度な温度になったと思っても一時的に止める事が出来ないので、シャンプーで洗ってる時もずっと出しっぱなしにするしかない。
