− Not so much comfortable, room was a bit dark, on the fotoes fridge was inside the room, but actually it was in the kitchen only, which was seperate.

Good location for value.
8.0The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient, 10-min walk from Termini station.
− There is no elevator, we had to drag our luggages in the stairs to 3 floor. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable upon arrival. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but a courteous and professional attitude toward guests is important
