Really good stay. Best thing was the location but the apartment was clean and comfortable.
9.0Perfectly located. Had everything needed for a great stay. Clean and comfortable. Had a lift so no lugging bags up stairs. Bed was comfortable and the shower good and powerful
− Was difficult to find the front door to the apartment inside the building as it was behind another door. As the shower was over the bath, A grab rail to assist stepping out would be good.

3.0Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und die Wohnung ist angenehm ruhig. Das sind leider die einzigen positiven Punkte.
− Der Zustand der Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und rechtfertigt den Preis in keiner Weise. Das Treppenhaus ist schmutzig und ungepflegt, die Farbe blättert an vielen Stellen ab. Im Bad wackelt die Armatur der Badewanne stark, mehrere Fliesen sind gebrochen und locker, die Badewanne ist beschädigt und das Fenster ist alt, schmutzig und wirkt vergammelt. Die Toilettenpapierhalterung fällt fast aus der Wand, und der Föhn ist kaum bzw. nicht nutzbar. Auch in der restlichen Wohnung setzt sich der schlechte Eindruck fort: Das Laminat hat teilweise große Spalten, die Tischdecke im Flur war verschmutzt und das Bettgestell ist so instabil, dass es beinahe auseinanderfällt. Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der Umgang mit den berechtigten Mängeln. Der Vermieter bat uns zunächst, Fotos aller Beanstandungen per E-Mail zu schicken. Das haben wir umgehend getan. Anschließend erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Unterkunft seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr ordentlich instand gehalten wurde. Aufgrund des Zustands der Wohnung und des fehlenden Kundenservices können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.
