− 行き先ボタンも押さずにエレベーターの中で昇降しているスタッフがいた。カプセルの場所によっては日差しが強い場所があり、エアコンもあまり効かなく汗ばむ程になる。隣の客が夜中の2時、3時頃に起きて電気をつけ、物音を立てながら10分ほどすると電気を消し、5秒後にはデカいいびきをかく。10分くらいしたあと、また同じことを繰り返す頭のおかしな人がいた。何度も5秒後にすぐ寝れるわけがありません。これが朝5時くらいまで続く。チェックアウトしたあと、外で待機していると、清掃に来た自転車に乗った清掃スタッフが、そこに自転車置くから、どいて！と明らかに客とわかる人に対して乱暴な言葉を遣い、客と思わない態度にがっかりしました。もう2度と宿泊しません。
料金は安く有難いがサバイバルゲームのようだった。寝ていて信じられないほど寒く必死でした。
3.0料金が安くとても有り難たかった。地下鉄とも近い。

8.0Öncelikle Yuta kardeşime çok teşekkür ederim bize gösterdiği ilgiden ve ettiği yardımlardan dolayı. Kapsül otele göre valiz bırakma alanı büyüktü. Tuvaletleri gerçekten çok temiz konumu da fiyatına göre gayet iyi.
− Su içebileceğimiz bir sebil olsa güzel olurdu. Duş almak için verdikleri havlular biraz küçük. Yastıklar ince.
