− No staff or housekeeping available for assistance. Was promised body wash but was never provided. No front desk staff available for check out. One person elevator to the hotel floor.

Für eine Städtereise perfekt gelegen
10.0Die Lage direkt an der Via del Corso ist unschlagbar. Da das Hotel im hinteren Treppenhaus liegt, sind die Zimmer trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir hatten trotz Junihitze dank gut funktionierender A/C ein kühles Zimmer und wurden von der Dame an der Rezeption super nett empfangen. Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit und gab uns Tips für die Stadt.

− アパートメントタイプの部屋は快適であったが、キッチン設備があればさらによかった。もう少し大きな冷蔵庫など、検討をお願いしたいところ。また、お風呂の設備にボディーソープがなく、自前で用意するしかなかった。
