10.0Loved it loved it loved it. Huge room and bath combo. With in walking distance of everything. If we did not struggle with water taxis this would have been a perfect trip to Venice. Motel was awesome.

10.0Nicole was excellent at communicating and both her and Monica were so warm and welcoming. The room, common area, and patio were spotless with beautiful furnishings and decor. Such a nice, comfortable and safe place to stay in a great walkable location. Minou, the friendly black cat was the icing on the cake. Absolutely loved my stay and will recommend to friends and anyone going to Venice.

10.0It was our first time in Venice and we got there at night. Not being from there, I was on edge walking through the narrow alleys that were not always well lit. Once we got to our bed and breakfast though, as soon as we opened the door, it was wonderful. The staff and the amenities were great.
