10.0The location was perfect. Walkable to most attractions in Rome. The staff was so friendly and the fresh warm croissants were a very nice touch.

10.0We arrived at this property and the welcome by Valentina was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean with two small balconies. The bathroom was well laid out with room for toiletries and lovely big towels. The Pantheon was only a block away and walking distance to all the amazing sights Rome can offer. The building is secure with a small lift and codes to enter the building. It’s quiet at night with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. While reception was only manned for 5 hours each day we received clear instructions on how to enter the building if arriving later in the day. There is a contact number for emergencies which you can call or text if needed. The rooms were cleaned each day. The room had a coffee maker, kettle and fridge with tea, coffee and coffee pods replenished each day. The support we received from Valentina and Nico during our stay was incredible and meant the lost luggage drama didn’t spoil our stay. Will definitely stay here next time I travel to Rome.
− Not really a negative but the lift to the property is like most of the lifts in the lovely old buildings, it is a two people or one person with suitcase size
