10.0Wir fühlten uns als Gäste sehr Willkommen geheißen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren zugewandt und beantworteten alle unsere Fragen kompetent und immer mit einem Lächeln, das ansteckte und fröhlich machte. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit der Liebe zum Detail. Großzügig kann man sich am Wasserspender bedienen und die Gutscheine für die Badehäuser sind der Hit. Diese Unterkunft ist anders als andere. Sie ist ein echter Geheimtipp.
− Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Höchstens, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Aber das Positive überwiegt so, dass wir diesen Punkt gerne vernachlässigen.

10.0This was our first trip to Japan and we are so glad we spent our first few days with Hanare at the Niwo house (triple bedroom with private bath). It was perfect for our small family, and the service was exceptional right from the start. Momo welcomed us with lovely tea and small cookies and had our bags taken to the house around the corner, and gave us lots of clear and helpful info about the area, including a map with all the bathhouses marked and lots of great restaurants, many of which we happily tried. The house itself was perfect, very clean, with a cute little front bench area with plants and the bedroom had the most comfortable futon beds I've ever used. It's also in a great quiet location in a lovely neighborhood, great for early morning walks and convenient for shopping, eating, and getting to the rest of Tokyo. We also did the free tour with Nana on our first full day and enjoyed learning more about the history of Yanaka. My only wish is that we had been able to book it again for the few more days in Tokyo at the end of our trip, but it was already booked. If we come back, I will definitely look here first. Oh, and the breakfast, including food and music and service, were fantastic. Highly recommend!
