1.0Alojamento relativamente bem localizado. O quarto tem o equipamento básico esperado e é higienizado.
− Péssimo. Nunca mais. O Booking não deveria anunciar este tipo de alojamentos que não cumprem várias das regras mais básicas da hotelaria. Os proprietários ou gestores querem gerir o espaço das 15h às 21h. Não estão no local e podem demorar uma hora a chegar ao alojamento. No meu caso, não estavam no local no horário indicado na reserva (até às 21h), nunca atenderam o telefone e não responderam às mensagens no WhatsApp. Em resumo, não querem saber do cliente. Tive a sorte de outros hóspedes me ajudarem e de terem feito uma chamada que os proprietários/gestores atenderam. Disseram que tinham cancelado a minha reserva! Suponho que, para estas pessoas, eu deveria ter ficado na rua. Inaceitável. Chegaram uma hora depois a acusar-me de ter entrado no alojamento sem autorização!!! Inacreditável. Não se deixem enganar! O pequeno-almoço é uma senha para tomar um croissant seco e cerca de 50 ml de café ou de bebida de sabor a fruta, que tem de ser tomado num café da esquina, fora do alojamento, onde os funcionários acham que nos estão a fazer favor e não a prestar um serviço. Lamentável. É para este tipo de serviço que se faz uma reserva no Booking?

8.0We really like the location of the place, it is secure and clean, also it has a nice air conditioning equipment.
− Even it advertised daily breakfast, it is very poor (croissant and a hot beverage in a coffee place three blocks away, without a possibility to buy a more consistent breakfast) the window in the room lacks of thick curtains or blinds and because of that as soon as the sun rises, the room got lighter by 5am. ending your sleep; the bed was bad, it has two single mattresses placed together which moved and get separated in the middle of the night with a regular toss and turn; the LED lights on the ceiling are a nice touch, but it is not appropriate for a good sleeping; you couldn’t turn them off without turning off the A/C. Also there was a lack of simple touches like free coffee or water.

7.0situation géographique de l'hôtel , très facile d'accès aux moyens de transport et non loin du centre à pied
− La chambre était bien mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien donc trop chaud pour dormir, la propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas au top , des traces sur les murs sont restées quelques jours et je les ai facilement nettoyé , Il manque une petite étageâtes!re dans la salle de bain en dessous de l'évier et les joints de la douche sont noirs de salissures
