6.0Stayed in a double room with basin. 5th floor with excellent view. Towel and soap supplied. Bed comfortable. Showers and toilets were outside the room,shared. Room itself was clean and comfortable, cleaned daily. Only a single hanger for clothes, which was far from adequate. Cleanliness of toilets and showers very variable, which of course depends on other guests' behaviour. No hook for clothes inside toilets, so awkward if visiting shower and toilet one after the other, with nowhere to leave towel. Relatively inexpensive for Paris, and stayed here due to limited budget, but extortionate price for what was supplied if it was elsewhere. Acceptable for a 2 night stay.

10.0Excellent service and excellent place to stay! Incredible working with me with my accessibility needs and my wheelchair and even upgrdafaded me due to a misunderstanding on my own part about the bathroom/bed combo options. Will definitely stay again.
