10.0Izuzetno cist i moderan smestaj. Osoblje je bas ljubazno. Dorucak sasvim, sasvim u redu. Svaki dan se menjaju peskiri a po potrebi i ostalo.

− The AC couldn’t make the bedroom cold enough for the 35° weather. But after informing the staff, they tried to fix it.
Wir haben uns in der Residenza Castrese sehr wohl gefühlt
8.0Zimmer groß und sauber Frühstück gut, sehr guter Kaffee, freundlicher Service, Gemüse zum Frühstück haben wir vermisst Lage recht gut, zentral und doch ruhig, Nähe zum Bahnhof Rezeption sehr bemüht
− Polster waren unbequem Zimmer und Gänge sind hellhörig

Hotelli ajoi täysin asiansa, oli puuronsilmässä metroja ja busseja ajatellen, mutta parin korttelin verran hälystä. Hint
10.0Lokaatio oli erinomainen, huone suuri ja tilava. Kylpyhuone toimi moitteetta. Sänky oli loistava, tyynyt ja peitto samoin. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Siivous joka päivä oli loistava asia. Respan setä oli avulias ja palvelualtis.
− Aamupala oli niukahko, kyllä sillä vauhtiin pääsi, mutta 10 aamua tismalleen samaa venhäsämpylää ja jogurttia ja mysliä sai kaipaamaan jo jotain muuta. Hyvää oli kuitenkin kaksi eri sorttia tuoremehua.
