10.0Perfect location next to Ikebukuro Station. 2 Family Marts and a 711 super close. Great restaurants everywhere and an all day buffet at hotel across the street. Typical older business hotel, which is to say that it's very small but has everything you need. In my room was a TV, Air Conditioner, hot pot with tea, slippers and free WiFi.

6.0チェックインの可能時間がよくわからない。ホテル予約サイトの種類により、15時〜、16時〜とバラバラ(16時〜が主流)であった。早くチェックインしたかったが16時近くまで外で時間を潰した。 洗面用のコップが、狭い場所の為か？、トイレの給水ボックスの上に置いてあり、不潔な感じがするので、棚を設置した方が良い。 ベッドのワキに小さなテーブルが欲しかった(ツインルーム)。 室内の照明は明るくて良かった(部屋が暗いホテルが多い)。
清掃が行き届いて、快適でした。
10.0宿泊施設自体は古い建物で、部屋もそれ相応ですが、清掃が行き届いており、浴室に髪の毛1本も落ちていませんでした。トイレも下水臭く無く清潔でした。浴室の換気扇は激しい音をたてていましたが、換気扇を消せば静かになり、快適でした。エレベーターは大きいキャリーケースを持った人が1人乗れるぐらいの狭さです。 外国人が宿泊しているように見えず、静かで快適でした。
