Not much to be honest

− Avoid this place. From the photos it looks nice and perfect for a group of friends, but in reality it is very run-down. All the shower drains were clogged, and dirty water kept coming back up while we were showering (luckily we left without getting foot fungus). The pool is also misleading: it’s small, outdated, and clearly poorly maintained. We didn’t even use it, so I’d rather not comment further. The location is not ideal either — getting down to downtown or Barceloneta takes around an hour each time.

− El aislamiento acústico es malo, la casa es bastante vieja, hay una pendiente peligrosa en el centro de la cocina, los equipos de cocina están anticuados y las camas son bastante pequeñas.

The property itself was good, however, they have presented us with misinformation about the location. It is not 5 mins drive from Park Guella, similarly not 6 mins drive from Sagrada Familia, and certainly Passeig de Gràcia is not within 5 mins drive radius. Wasted a lot of money on commute! They had issues with Ants which I checked (because of my toddler) with them through Expedia and they confirmed that it has been addressed , yet I found ants again and have taken pics. For our checkout, I informed them that we can leave at 11am however our rent a car will be delayed, their colleague Luis/Lucas confirmed that I can stay there till 12:30 and that he will add this information on the system. But the cleaning team started banging the door, when I tried explaining to them , they couldn’t understand a word of English. I then explained this to their office who understood but later at 12 they started banging the door again. When asked what is going on they said they have other guests coming in so we have to leave, when enquired why wasn’t I told this last night when I had a chat with Luis/Lucas , their colleague Oscar said we don’t have anyone with that name working here ?! Then I went all the way to their office and spoke to the Indian/Asian guy who was there when I spoke to Luis/Lucas (last night) he apologised when asked why wasn’t all this put on your system as advised , he again said sorry! How ridiculous !

− Meget hårde senge ( jeg plejer at sove på en hård madras, men denne var stenhård) Poolen var okay men stigen til at gå ned i poolen var vakkelvoren og stykker. Gulvet i køkkenet skrånede så man ikke kunne stå oprejst. Alt i alt var det snusket og fryseren var iset fuldstændig til.
