Smaakvol appartement met dakterras in een rustig deel van Venetie.
7.0Fijne plek, uit de drukte, supermarkt om de hoek, restaurant S in de buurt. Het huis is heel smaakvol en voor Venetiaanse begrippen ruim en het dakterrasje is echt geweldig! Er waren geen muggen wat in Venetië ook echt een voordeel is.
− Je kunt de airconditioning niet lager zetten dat 25 graden en 25 zou ook prima zijn geweest maar binnen bleef het 28 ( buiten 30). Er zijn wel ook fans. In de zomermaanden is dit dus wel iets om rekening mee te houden. De informatie over afval klopte niet maar gaandeweg kwamen we erachter hoe het werkt.

10.0Although climbing the narrow stairs may not be ideal, I would still rate this place an 11 out of 10 if I could. The apartment is exceptionally charming and spacious, with a terrace offering nearly 360° views over Venice. Located in a residential neighborhood away from the areas saturated with mass tourism, it provides a truly authentic atmosphere. For those using the vaporetto, I recommend the Giardini stop — you’ll enjoy better sightseeing spots and avoid the small bridges that make carrying luggage difficult. The street leading to the marina is lined with shops and restaurants at prices far more reasonable than in the rest of Venice.

9.0Obiekt w fajnym miejscu z dala od zgiełku a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Ciekawy układ mieszkania i cudowny taras na dachu, z którego niestety przez słabą pogodę nie udało nam się skorzystać.

− Bei Wind und Regen hört man es durch das Dach schon deutlich. Auch, dass das Licht im Treppenhaus nicht geht, ist nicht so schön für abends

•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services.
•In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.
•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.
•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.
•City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival.
