10.0So close to the spanish steps and a subway station. Easy to walk to many of the famous sites in Rome. Our room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. The AC worked very well. There is a mini fridge in the room as well. There is an elevator as well to access the floor. Easy access to many place to eat.

10.0Everything was amazing! First of all the property has some stunning views of Rome and it is in one of the greatest locations by the Spanish steps! To top this off, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and super clean. Alessandro was incredible since the very start when I contacted him. We booked the entire property to celebrate our wedding in Rome with the family and he made sure everything was very well organized for us. Thank you Alessandro

10.0Located at the top of the Spanish Steps. We stayed as a family of 4 in Room 101 (junior suite with balcony). Our room had an incredible view of the St. Peters from a nice large balcony. We did not have any issues with street noise. The room was clean and well-appointed and had a big, split-level bathroom.
− Having only one set of keys was hard because we were traveling with teens…but to be fair I didn’t ask about a second set.
