We enjoyed our stay at Recioto Rialto-Market! It suited our family 4 very well!

The location is great! It is close enough to walk to the main areas but it is in a quiet alley away from the crowds. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and two bathrooms! The washing machine was so useful! We loved the cozy, homey kitchen. The owners considered every detail (laundry soap, stain remover, first aid, shampoo, cleaning products, iron, books, etc). The A/C worked very well too! We made sure to turn off an AC unit though while running the washing machine so as to not blow a fuse. There are 3 different steep stairwells to climb so not a great location for anyone with mobility issues.

− It was not clear in the description of the apartment that one of the bedrooms did not have AC.

Check in was easy with clear directions. Two sets of keys. The place had a good layout, was welll furnished, and well equipped.. location was great; was easy acces to vaporetto and tourist sites but on a side street that kept it quiet inside and around home.

− A few stairs to get into the home, but that didn't really bother us, so wouldn't change anything. Host and gone were both great!

Everything in the apartment was brand new, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is located in a quiet area and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—within a 10–15 minute walk, you can reach all of Venice's main attractions.

Wir waren vor allem überrascht, dass wirklich eine überkomplette Ausstattung sowohl in Küche als auch in beiden Bädern gab (siehe Fotos). Die Fotos von den Zimmern auf Booking entsprechen zu 100% den Tatsachen, daher habe ich davon keine Bilder gemacht. Ein riesen Vorteil sind auch die Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster, die hoch und runter gezogen werden können. Auch die Übernahme des Apartments funktionierte reibungslos, ebenso die vorangegangene Kommunikation. Die Lage ist ebenfalls erstklassig. 5 Minuten bis zur Rialtobrücke. Und es war sehr ruhig, da das Apartment in einer Seitengasse liegt. Wir werden sicher wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

− Die vielen sehr steilen Treppen bis man zur Wohnung gelangt könnten herausfordernd sein. Aber für uns war das kein Problem.

The property is clean, well mantained and it is in a good location.

− The administration is very bad. At the time of booking it does not say that you will be charged a late check in fee of 40 euros if you arrive after 8pm. An email containing this info was sent a few days before our arrival. We arrived at 8:27 pm and we were charged the fee. You cannot leave your luggage and the check out is at 10 am. It is very transactional and lacks real soul, like dealing with machines.
