6.0Location is good between the port and Rialto bridge. Around 15 min walk to San Marco. Also small but cozy apartment with an air conditioner which is small but a must for summer!
− Unfortunately cleaning was very bad, there was accumulated dust almost everywhere, especially under the sofa and the bed. Kitchen equipment was not that sufficient but it should be ok if you plan to eat out every meal. We wanted to cook some breakfast for the kids at least but it was difficult.

8.0Our stay at this location was awesome! The host was super helpful when me and my husband decided last min to stay an extra night. He provided us with easy directions to get to the hotel and find the room key to get in. Location was perfect as we were close to everything we wanted to but far enough away from all the crowds at night. Its about a 20 min walk to St Mark's Basilica but less than 5 to an easy water ferry to and from the airport. The restaurants are everywhere and I prefer the ones off the beaten path.
− We made the mistake of leaving the windows open on arrival and mosquitoes ate us alive every night following even after shutting all the windows. If its raining or decent weather for mosquitoes, I would suggest going to a pharmacy and getting those repellent options or be prepared to go on a killing spree 😆
